Mark and his wife live in a quiet neighborhood. Their neighbor, Mr. Jones, is divorced and in his late fifties. He often steps outside to pick up his mail or grab something from his car — completely naked. Some neighbors have learned to look the other way when walking past his house. They often see him standing by his glass door or sitting at his computer without clothes on. Despite this habit, Mr. Jones is friendly and always willing to help. Mark and his wife hesitate to say anything because they don’t want to ruin their good relationship. It’s not illegal to be nude in their city, but it’s still uncomfortable to see someone dash to his car without clothes. On average, they notice him like this about once a week. Mark wonders if this is a real problem or just an odd habit they should ignore.
