It was early in the morning at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Anna had just arrived at the departure hall, carrying her suitcase and travel documents. She looked around but could not find her airline’s check-in counter. Feeling a bit confused, she approached an airport staff member. Anna politely asked, 'Excuse me, could you tell me where the Vietnam Airlines check-in counter is?' The staff smiled and replied, 'Yes, it’s at counter C5, just straight ahead and then to the right.' Anna thanked her and quickly went to the counter. After checking in and getting her boarding pass, she realized she didn’t know which gate she should go to. She looked around again and decided to ask another passenger. 'Hi, do you know where gate 18 is?' The passenger checked his boarding pass and said, 'Yes, it’s down that corridor and then to the left.' Anna felt relieved and said, 'Thank you so much!' She followed the directions and finally arrived at the correct boarding gate, ready for her flight.
