Lisa thanked her and followed the instructions. A few minutes later, she saw a driver holding a hotel sign. The driver confirmed her name and helped with her luggage. Lisa asked how long the trip would take, and the driver said about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Feeling relieved, Lisa sat in the shuttle and enjoyed the ride to her hotel.
