Anna walked into the central post office carrying a small box wrapped neatly with brown paper. She looked around, slightly nervous, as it was her first time sending an international parcel. At the counter, a friendly clerk greeted her and asked where the parcel was going. Anna explained that she wanted to send it to her cousin in Canada. The clerk asked her to fill out a customs declaration form and checked the weight of the package. After calculating the shipping fee, the clerk gave Anna options for standard or express delivery. Anna chose express because her cousin's birthday was coming soon. She paid, received the receipt with a tracking number, and thanked the clerk before leaving. Feeling relieved, Anna smiled knowing her package would arrive on time.
