Anna was working on a report that needed to be submitted by the end of the day. However, she was struggling with some data analysis and wasn’t sure how to create the charts properly. During lunch break, she approached her colleague David, who was known for being good with spreadsheets. Anna explained her problem and asked if David could help her understand how to make a pivot table. David kindly agreed, sat down with her after lunch, and walked her through each step.
